Hello and welcome. We're so glad you decided to drop by for a visit. We're guessing that you're considering coming out to one of our events and wondering who will be doing the facilitation - wondering if we can really hold you. It's a reasonable question - one any smart woman with experience in the field should ask. Let's see if we can answer the question for you to your satisfaction.

Experienced Event Facilitator
Kelle has participated in creating and running transformational events, ritual circles, and experiential programming for over 10 years. She has been on the ritual team for Spiral Festival, LumensGate New England, Keepers of the Rhythm and more. She has extensive experience in ritual design and process facilitation and is an expert coach and facilitator.
Shaman
Kelle has studied with a wide variety of shamans around the country from a broad background of traditions including both Native American and Incan traditions. She went through her initiation work when spirit prompted her in 2002 to give away everything she owned and set out in her car for a journey of faith that would take her 14,000 miles in 6 months on the road. During this time she stayed with people along the way and laid the foundation for the work we do within The Cauldron.
30 Years of Study
Kelle's mother raised her in the new age movement, so she's been studying for almost 30 years. She has studied (in no particular order) Seth, Ram Dass, Abraham/Hicks, The Law of Attraction, she's a Reiki Master (who isn't?), Wicca, Christianity, Shamanism, psychic development, toning, Buddhism (briefly), Taoism (briefly), shiatsu, massage, behavioral psychology, organizational psychology, Jungian and Freudian psychology, transformational ritual, hypnosis, NLP, meditation, breath work, chanting, mystical traditions, alchemy, archetypal constructs, angels, mediumship, psychometry, tarot, crystals, energy work, healing practices, herbalism, journeying, guided meditation, journaling, quantum physics, and more. She's forgotten more than she can remember to tell you about at this point.
Thought Alchemist
If you had to boil Kelle's skills down to a single element, it would be her ability to shift your perspective. She is masterful at looking at situations from new angles or breaking down complex concepts into simple, easy-to-understand steps. Her analogies are right on target and can take people from confusion to comprehension in short order. You'll know you're ready for a shift if she asks "Are you open to a different perspective on that?"
Unflappable Integrity
She is the least judgmental, most understanding person you'll find. And she'll keep your conversation totally confidential. One person actually said that Kelle was "like Vegas - what happens with Kelle, stays with Kelle". Her high standard of ethics and personal integrity fuel the personal power you feel when you're with her.
The Softest Pillow-Lined, Unbreakable Hammock
Recently, someone described Kelle as being both strong and soft at the same time. He said that he knew he could fall as hard as he wanted because no matter what, Kelle would be there to catch him. The ropes of her hammock were so strong that they would never break. But the hammock was lined with the softest, most luxurious pillows to make the landing an easy one. Kelle's strength and loving compassion can hold you - no matter what.

Getting Unstuck
Kathy Scheiern has been helping people get unstuck and move forward with their lives for as long as she can remember. Formally, she has been creating and facilitating individual and group transformational experiences throughout the United States and Europe since 1989 and has over 20 years of experience in helping people to improve their lives.
She began her formal training with Kenn Day in the Sheya System of Self-Transformation. She mastered this work and is currently a licensed minister in this tradition. In 1991, she co-founded the LumensGate transformational intensive and was part of the design and creation of this annual event throughout its 18 year history. She holds a PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Organization Transformation (that's big words for she knows all about taking groups through a transformational process). Kathy is also a certified facilitator of Systemic Constellation Work.
Bridge Between the Worlds
Having worked in the corporate arena and studied in the spiritual arts, Kathy is particularly skilled at being a bridge between the world of the mundane and the sacred. If you need to figure out how to integrate your spirit and your mundane life, she's a great person to talk to.

Kathy believes that the basis of the energy in the universe is unconditional love. Her belief is that when the world operates primarily on love, that's when the magic really begins. As such, she has made it her mission in life to open the way to a free flow of love in the world as her contribution the transformation of the planet.

Wake Up! Artist, Sound Healer and Subtle Activist
Tonia (Tone-ya) has merged her professional, creative, and spiritual work into what she calls a "Wake Up! Artist" - a term she coined in 1998 to describe who she is and what she does to express her passion and diverse talents in service to others, the planet, and the Divine. She has a relentless enthusiasm for catalyzing shifts in perception, conscious awareness, inner change and evolution, and healing transformation. As founder of The Wake Up! Company she helps individuals and groups to develop trust and to discern and rely on their own inner wisdom and spiritual source for guidance and direction. In this way, their work in the world is done with integrity, transparency and effectiveness.
Born in and currently residing near Boston MA, Tonia has been an Ascension Path Practitioner since 1970, a Subtle Activist since 1980, and a DreamKeeper since 1991. She has been a professional singer since 1969, a sound healer since 2004, founded East Coast Chant in 2008, and has been an ever-evolving vessel for the Divine her whole life. She creates and leads ceremonies, rituals, workshops, study groups, educational events, retreats, sound healings and interactive music performances. She was a keynote presenter and workshop leader at a national conference and symposium of Native American Women at Hartford Seminary and co-designer and facilitator of 3 Temple of Wisdom metaphysical retreat weekends.
It’s All Good!
Tonia has learned to access and benefit from the richness and gifts of the racial, cultural, educational, socioeconomic and spiritual diversity and legacies of her ancestors (Cherokee, Seminole, African, East Indian, Irish and German). She uses these gifts in her creative expressions and spiritual work with others. Tonia also has an M. A. in Organizational Management, is a CoachU graduate, is the Wake Up! Ambassador for C.S.ONE and is a member of True Story Theater.
