Cancellation By Participant

Within 3 Days of Registration - You can cancel within three days of the time you registered at no penalty. You will be issued a full refund.

More than 15 Days in Advance - If you cancel more than 15 days in advance, there is no refund, but you can tranfer your registration to another event without penalty.

15 Days In Advance or Less - At this point we're committed (food has been purchased, supplies bought, etc.). No refunds are offered.
Cancellation By Cauldron Retreats
In the event that a Cauldron has to be cancelled by Cauldron Retreats, attendees' registrations will be transferred to the dates for which their Cauldron is rescheduled or their choice of other Cauldron events.
