How To Sign Up For An Event
Application Process
Because this is an invitation-only event for advanced practitioners, we are screening each person before they can register for the event. In this way we are ensuring the safety of the container and of the participants. We'll be working on really deep levels in these events and we want to make sure that everyone is ready for the experience and to be an integral part of the group. Please fill out the questionnaire below and send it in to us along with the dates and times you can be available for a call with our founder, Kelle Sparta. We'll get back to you ASAP to let you know if there is still space available and to schedule a phone interview if appropriate.
Application Interview
The phone interview has two purposes. First, we want to know more about you: who you are, where you are in your life, and what issues you are currently dealing with. We will use this information to inform our customization of the program. Our second intention for this interview is to support our intention for the program which is to create a space where women of power can come together with their peers in healthy, co-created space. As such, we are looking not only for the qualifications of being a successful event facilitator yourself, but we are also looking for a good personality match with the facilitators and other participants, to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Pilot Program - 17 Spaces or Fewer Available Per Event
We are running this as a pilot program this year, so our space is very limited. We only have room for 17 people for the weekend events and 15 for the Transformation Cauldron. Being that this is our pilot program, you are also getting a special introductory price for these events.
Lottery
Given the limited space, special price, and the uniqueness of the event, we expect that our applications will far outstrip our spaces, so once we have done the initial interviews, qualified registrants will be entered into a lottery pool to determine who gets the spaces. If you register with a friend and both pass the interview, then both will get in if one of you gets drawn in the lottery (space permitting), so registering with a friend doubles your chances of getting in.
Completed Registration
If you get a spot, you will be expected to pay for your event in full within three business days of receiving your acceptance notice or your spot will be passed on to the next person in the lottery. (So make sure you give us an email address you check often or a direct phone number to reach you.)
Event Design
Based on the results of our interviews, we'll be customizing the events to the participants who are registered, so we want to get our events finalized as quickly as possible to give us time to plan and for you time to make travel arrangements. As such, our events all have fairly early cutoff dates.
Dates
The Lotus Cauldron
The Lotus Cauldrons run Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, 2-3 times per year - because we don't want you to have to wait too long to recharge your batteries. The price below includes the cost of food and lodging - all the details are taken care of once you're on site. You will need to make travel arrangements on your own. If you need a ride from the airport, please let us know ASAP and we'll see if we can connect you with a local participant or recommend a car service or rental company.
