The Collaboration Cauldron
Connect, Create, Collaborate
No matter who I talk to these days, there is one common theme - we're tired of doing it alone. We want to work to collaborate with others. We want someone to stand next to us as we cut that next path through the thicket of possibility. We want to share our journey. As women, it's who we are - we're better together.
Explore The Possibilities
In this Cauldron experience, we come together as women leaders to sit in the soup of what could be. We will spend time getting to one another and finding ways to work together. A rising tide raises all boats, together, we will raise the tide.
A Beginning
When you register, you'll receive a questionnaire asking you about your likes, dislikes, preferences, and your current business. I will use that information to form the initial groups, putting people with like interests or complimentary skills together. I will serve as your personal matchmaker.
Once We Arrive
Upon arriving the entire cauldron will meet to give us all a chance to know who is in the room. We'll do a connecting exercise and a brief business introduction. Then we'll break into our initial groups and, with tea in hand and snacks within easy reach, we'll curl up on comfy couches to explore the possibilities of what can be created together. As your moderator, I'll move from group to group, facilitating conversations and assisting in creating out-of-the-box solutions/concepts.
Together We Are Better
What one person can think of can be amazing. What many people working together can vision is incredible. Once our groups have an idea of what they think they might do well together, then we have a chance to bring it back to the larger circle. We'll share our ideas with the other groups and see what they have come up with. Then there will be a self-selection process. Once you've heard what each group has come up with, you'll have the chance to join whatever event, creation, design excites you most and move forward from there. If nothing catches your eye, then we will work with you individually or with anyone else who doesn't have a group to create a plan for you. Everyone will leave the event with a new project to put in place, a new way to access an existing project, or a connection with someone else in the community to cross-promote with.
The Event
This event takes place over three weekdays. We'll arrive on Tuesday at 5pm and leave on Thursday at 2pm. In the interim, we'll be spending time together being present and creative together.
Going Home
Once the event is complete, we'll have a closing ceremony to mark our time together. You'll leave feeling refreshed and connected and ready to go out and transform the world again. You'll take with you the relationships and the plans that you've built over the course of the weekend.
Continuing Community
Collaboration Cauldrons will be offered three times a year. So you'll have the opportunity to come together with a group of your peers over and over again, to build an ongoing community – a place where you come to be held. Come join your community, sign up for your retreat now.
