The change is happening. We all feel it. Those of us leading women know it more keenly than others. We have seen the shift in the last ten years. Women are coming into their power at astonishing rates. It's time for us to take them deeper, to explore the depths of the divine feminine. It's also time for us as women leaders to come together to coordinate our efforts. We need a new world vision, one that we can jointly hold to bring this new space into being.
You are invited to join us on a journey of exploration, sharing, community and support. In this unique teleconference, we'll be journeying into the depths of connection with some of the top women's spiritual leaders on the planet. This sisterhood holds the wisdom of the ages and it is time for us to harvest that wisdom together. Women are better in community. What could be more powerful, more insightful, more transformational than a community of women leading other women?
Join us for this day-long journey into the realms of the divine feminine. In each session, women leaders will spend 20 minutes taking about their vision of the new world and the work they are doing to bring this world about. Then we'll break into groups to discuss how we feel about what we've heard and how our personal missions build into that vision.

Introduction to the conference and an invitation to open. What is it to be a woman? How are the ways in which we connect, communicate and engage different from men? In this session we explore the ways in which women open to one another and then we put that knowledge into practice with some intentional discussions. As women of power, we know that joy is not the result of external events -- someone loves us, or we received praise from a client or boss, or our children are successful. Joy is manifested because, within, we know that we are one with the power and beneficence of the Universe. There is a huge power in finding and expressing the joy that is inherent in Spirit, no matter what the apparent circumstances. We will discuss role models who have seen possibility in difficult experiences and the power they unleashed as they moved through and beyond grief, fear or illness by calling upon their internal joy, and exercises for remembering joy when the going gets tough. |

As the snake sheds its skin to make room for its new self, so are we shedding the vestiges of the patriarchy to fully embody our true essence as powerful women from our feminine perspective. We'll explore how the shedding is also the birthing of peace -- inner and outer peace. |
