You work hard everyday. You love what you do and care so much about your people that most days, you don't really want to take time off. And yet, you know that every once in a while, you have to stop to recharge your batteries. But where do you go?
Where Do You Go to Relax?
There's always that temptation to take another seminar to learn something new, OR attend an event to make some new connections, OR try to rest and recharge in someone else's sacred space. And yet, this isn't truly "downtime". A spa doesn't really cut it either though – there is no sacred space there. Time on the beach is fun too, but lacks the significance that you desire in your daily life. And then there's that deep-seated longing for community and connection with other women in your peer group.

Where Women Who Lead Come Together
Here we hold space for women leaders in spiritual practices around the world. These are the women who are doing significant work in the world just like you do. Imagine the conversations, the connections, and the camaraderie that come from being able to relax and be with these women.
The Sacred Container
From the moment you enter the door, you'll realize that this event is like no other you've been to. It's not about doing anything or accomplishing anything, it's about being. It is a truly feminine container. When you enter the space, the world falls away and all that exists are you and your fellow participants in this moment, now.
The Event
Because we have a small group and we'll be interviewing each person in advance of the event, we are in a unique position to be able to customize the experience for the group we have attending. As such, our agenda will not be fixed until our attendee list is complete. We'll be designing this two-day ritual experience around your wants and needs. You'll receive the finalized agenda one week in advance of the event so that you can plan accordingly.
Being In The Flow
The event is structured to provide a flow through your weekend. There is time in the agenda for alone-time and time to connect with other women. From beginning to end, the opportunities to rest, replenish, relax and refill will be open and available to you in whatever forms will best fit your needs. You'll even receive a body work session included with your registration. All punctuated by the amazing food that is prepared for us each meal.
Breathing Room
Here you have no responsibilities to anyone but yourself. Here nothing is required of you and there are no deadlines. Here you are off-duty. Relax and let someone else take care of you for a change.
Going Home
Once the event is complete, we’ll have a closing ceremony to mark our time together. You'll leave feeling refreshed and connected and ready to go out and transform the world again. As a bonus, you'll take with you the relationships that you've built over the course of the weekend.
Continuing Community
Lotus Cauldrons will be offered three times a year. So you'll have the opportunity to come together with a group of your peers over and over again, to build an ongoing community – a place where you come to be held. Come join your community, sign up for your retreat now.
